Houston: Do We Have A Problem?

One commenter reports that conflicts are emerging between the work handled by the Houston office and Winston & Strawn. Does anyone have information to share?

  1. It wouldn't surprise me. Winston wasn't very constructive or timely with resolving conflicts with other offices and practices.

  5. A legal threat? Or a physical threat like someone sent to the other Howrey blogger?

  6. Legal... and baseless, and I'm going to repost the post I deleted after further reflection. I think some folks just need to simmer down. I'm upset that Howrey has collapsed, too, but (attempting) to shoot the messenger is nonsensical and pointless.

  7. This threat business sounds serious. Call the police or someone. People should not be able to silence this sort of thing.

  8. Post the threat too. Someone here will defend you for free if need be.

  9. I'm not going to give this person any more attention. Thanks for the support.

  13. "You must deliver mail or something."

Yup. That says it all about the Howrey culture, doesn't it?
